Stay tuned for new services. Please take a moment to read all the details below as it is very important for your upcoming appointment. All appointments require a non refundable deposit that goes towards your service. Please arrive to your appointment on time Understand that arriving to your appointment 10 minutes late will result in a $15 late fee. At 15 minutes your appointment is susceptible to cancellation, or you can pay a $20 late fee if there is still enough time to complete your service. No shows and same day cancellations will be charged the full amount of service. Please call or text an hour before your appointment if you will not be able to make it to avoid penalty. Remember, all deposits are non refundable, however, with proper communication I will be happy to reschedule your appointment within a week from your original appointment appointment date. FOR LASH EXTENSIONS Arrive to your appointment with clean lashes Remove your lashes of any eye makeup, mascara or strip lash glue. A lash bath comes complementary with your service, however, keeping your lashes clean makes for a swift lash bath without taking extra time to remove buildup like mascara and lash glue. Mascara removal is an additional $10. Showing up to your fill-in appointment with mascara on your lashes will result in an automatic full set. No foreign fills I do not go over work done by a previous tech. If you already have on lash extensions done somebody else, you will have to book a removal and a full set. It is hard to determine the lash curls, length, and style done by others, plus, every tech has their own style and artistry which makes them unique. FOR LEG AND UNDERARM WAX Arrive to your appointment in the proper attire For your comfort, please wear a tank top and/or shorts if you are receiving an underarm or leg wax. I want you to feel comfortable AND covered while receiving your service. This will make your appointment swift and efficient. Same day appointments/Appointments outside of regular business hours: To request a same day appointment Sunday - Tuesday, please contact me for availability. Same day appointments aren’t always guaranteed, but in the event that I have availability, I will gladly squeeze you in. Note that you cannot schedule a same day appointment on the website because I have scheduling limits, however, once we discuss a time, I will let you know how to schedule. ***If you would like a same day appointment Wednesday - Saturday please call KBB Salon at (678) 324-6993 and we can work out a time for you to come in. Please note that appointments on these days will be limited and on a first call, first serve basis.*** No children or additional guest allowed at your appointment, no exceptions. FORMS OF PAYMENT Your remaining balance will be due at the end of your service.
